This unit is a pretty color. It’s fairly easy to set up clock and programmable feature. (That worked fine, but instruction manual directed me to turn unit off—via “master switch (?)” on side—once “done” using programmable mode. This promptly ERASED THE MEMORY and I had to program both the clock AND the timer again, which defeats the purpose of a “programmable” coffee maker, says MHO.)
Unit is programmed via four buttons, a feature I prefer over a knob (as in Wamife model I bought a while ago.*) Coffee was fine. Carafe, however, makes a very SMALL “12” cups and drips while pouring. (Among the reasons I wanted to replace my old pot.)
*I am returning the pot for another Wamife. (The photo doesn’t show it, but the Wamife carafe is an inch larger in diameter than the Nostalgia. I measured.) So far the Wamife knob is holding up and Hubby and I have plenty of coffee (and even some leftover) every morning.

The picture shows a light yellow. They tell you the color is yellow. It arrived and it was TAXI-CAB YELLOW. Bright yellow. Screaming yellow. We complained, and they told us the color can be different from the picture. Also told us we could return it but it would be at our cost for shipping.
After some more complaining they agreed to cover shipping costs for the return. Super disappointed. This looked awesome, but the color is awful, and very misleading to have a very different color in the picture from what is sold.
Do your homework before buying.

This is a coffee maker. It comes in a range of colors that match other appliances in the series. I have only had it for a few days, but it seems to be working OK so far. It keeps the coffee hot for a couple of hours and then shuts itself off.

I don’t think it will last long as it is slightly flimsy. I like how fast it is, but I don’t like how it spills out on counter when trying to pour a cup. Even when I try to pour very slow.

We have had a few other appliances from Nostalgia and we’ve been very pleased with the brand, so when my wife was looking for a (teal? turquoise? heather blue? What color is this???) coffee maker and we saw this was Nostalgia brand, the purchase was a no brainer.
It looks great on our counter, it works pretty much like every other coffee pot, and the reusable filter is a great touch too. And my wife swears this coffee is better than the last coffee maker.

I really like the look of this coffee machine. My wife and I drink the pot within the two hours so the automatic shut off is works for us. We like it strong so we fill the basket and the who ever gets the last cup gets the chewy stuff too.

I like this unit a lot I love the color and for the most part it did a beautiful job making coffee. We did have a problem that’s why we’re replacing it all around the heating element the plastic self-destructed cracked as if it looked like it had been impacted but it had not been impacted and it did stop putting water through the unit to make the coffee we are quieted capable of fixing some things but this was not fixable we had to throw it away as I say this is my second one the one I’m ordering now is my replacement I’m sure I bought this unit at least a year or so ago. But all in all I’m very pleased with the unit the fact that itself destructed I don’t have any answers for that.
