Very easy to use. Easy to fill. Front view fill level window but don’t go over the 12 cup mark or water will start leaking out the back via a hole about quarter inch above 12 cup mark. Can set time to auto brew for next day or just press on to immediately start a brew cycle. Good direction included. Size is good for my space. One star deducted because the brew basket tab sticks out on the side with the fill window and either have to fill without basket in or be careful not to hit tab when filling or it will splash out. Great price. Hope it lasts as long as my voice activated Hamilton beach which they no longer make. Do run vinegar thru one a month especially if you have hard water. Takes 13-15 minutes to brew full 12 cups. Auto off after 2 hours of brew. Good safety feature. Very satisfied.

The packaged arrived damaged. I was a little concerned, but it looked okay on the inside. I washed it up, ran the cycle – it worked perfectly.
*Update: 9/18/23 – Just wanted to mention one thing. This coffee pot has a design flaw. When you open the lid after use, say the next day, a significant amount of water drips off the lid (teaspoon more or less) onto the counter – every time. Not that big a deal. I use the dribble to moisten a paper towel to give the surrounding area a quick wipe, but it really shouldn’t do this. I can only guess the manufacturer had to know this yet chose to go ahead with the design for simplicity and economy of manufacturing. So, if you buy it get used to it dribbling on the counter like an excitable dog happy to see you does on the floor.

Lid on carafe was broken after opening packaging. It only had one hinge. The hinge on the right top side was snapped off. That’s how it was delivered. This caused a rather unsecure fit and wobbly feeling when pouring coffee. Sometimes lid would just fall off. Instead of returning after a week of using it, I called Black and Decker and they are sending me a completely new carafe no charge. The B&D customer service experience to resolve the issue is excellent and mainly why I’m giving this coffee maker five stars other than the fact that it’s already a great coffee maker to begin with.

This looks quite similar to the Mr. Coffee it’s replacing.. In fact interchangeable parts.. But unlike Mr Coffee, the clock doesn’t speed up the time,
And it does automatically shut off after 2 hours.. Not a bad thing.

I wish there was some way I could return this coffee pot for a new one. I’ve only had it for a month or two. But the first week of using it the spring came off. So now we can’t pause it to sneak a cup before it’s finished brewing.

Zero stars. Ordered one, clock was broken. Sent it back. Received a replacement, exact same issue again. Black & Decker would only offer a refund or replacement that was a less expensive model. Horrible customer service. Returned to Amazon for a refund and bought one from Hamilton Beach that works perfectly!

This is the first glass coffee pot I ever have had that DOES NOT DRIP when pouring! It makes good coffee in a reasonable time. Holding temp doesn’t cook coffee: Haven’t experienced overflow of basket and pause for coffee in progress doesn’t collapse filter. Pretty darn good in my book.

My old Mr. Coffee finally died out and I need a new coffee pot ASAP! This one came the same day and fits the bill and even have a few extras my old coffee pot did not have. I like that this is programable and now my coffee is ready when I wake up! It even seems like the brew is hotter then the Mr. Coffee, which I like. I put it right into my Yeti to keep it hot while I drink it! Nice find! Very happy.
