Alot cheaper than the coffee shop lol. It’s small, I just put it on my bathroom counter. I can fit my 16oz tumbler insulated travel mug. Keep in mind the over ice is not a cold brew it just brews stronger (I like it for my hot coffee just a little stronger) . Still hot water just add ice. I like that it uses all the water each time ensuring fresh coffee. I love the reusable grounds basket. I just grind my own beans with my timemore c2 max and fits in my grounds perfectly and very easy to clean. I have not use the kpods much but might get some hot chocolate kpods for my kids and use that feature. I have learned a couple tips to achieve the best coffee possible. I run a blind batch put preheated water back in the reservoir for my actual coffee and I like to stir the grounds right before it pours it into my mug. Then a do a 3rd blind batch to clean it all out. I have a fresh cup every day. Super easy no fuss and coffee been good especially with the tips I learned.

It’s a great item but there’s a few things I don’t understand. There’s a “iced” option but whenever I use it, it melts my full glass of ice…. it still is brewed as hot coffee, so I don’t really understand the function. It’s cool how you have different water levels.

They give you a k-cup for coffee grounds and for the kcups.

This little unit is amazing! I am SO pleased with this purchase. It takes up less counter space than my previous coffee maker. The water is much hotter! I never had beverages this hot from ANY of my previous coffee makers. I LOVE it! And it makes ice coffee beverages? Icing on the cake! I wish it had a reservoir but not having it makes it so much more eco friendly-waste not, want not. I am VERY pleased with this purchase. This was a true value buy.

The product is idealistic for single servings of coffee & has a nice cleaning feature.. however, the hinges for the “k-cup” lids are extremely fragile. I didn’t run this desirable k cup through the dishwasher or anything.. all I did was empty the coffee grains out after use and the lid snapped off. I tried to contact the seller for replacement, but that’s impossible to do anymore without starting a full on return via Amazon.

I like the ease of use and smaller footprint. It took a bit getting used to since I had a bigger machine before, but the descaler reminder is a great feature that I wanted to have, and I know it takes longer to brew than some but I believe it’s to get the right temperature balance going. This is a single-serve, which I’m new to, but kinda makes everything simple and straight-forward to be honest since I’m the only who drinks coffee at home anyway. It’s not totally easy to measure per se, just know that it produces a bit more water than the amount you think you put in (IMO).

Works well. The “hot mode” is good. The “iced”mode is still kinda hot, so not sure if that’s worth it. Overall, it makes a fine cup of coffee if you want one that is squeezed through a pod. Removing one star because it takes a few minutes to make one cup of coffee. Is this a very American kind of thing to complain about. Yes! 😉 But compared to other k-cup brewers (at all price points) this one truly takes longer per cup— It doesn’t matter if the machine is warmed up, the second cup takes just as long as the first.
Otherwise it’s a solid machine. The light gray color is nice but does show every splash of coffee.

I wanted a coffee maker that can use K cups or ground coffee and was as basic as possible with a small footprint. I also wanted a machine that gives me a fresh cup when I want it and then shuts off. I live alone with my dog, and he doesn’t drink coffee. I like the freshwater reservoir as it has easy to read graduations, so it eliminates fussing with a measuring cup. My previous coffee maker was small machine that would makes small amount of coffee that had a burner that I didn’t need. It was loud and boiled away much of the water and was messy. I use a reverse osmosis water filter that eliminates almost all of the TDS (total dissolved solids) from my tap water so descaling is a rare thing and makes great coffee. This coffee maker met my expectations, and I am satisfied.

I have been using this for a couple weeks and absolutely love it! I am a coffeeholic and would literally have 4 large iced coffees from a popular chain daily. When I looked at my daily spend I figured it was worth the shot…and I’m so glad I did!
You can use pods or the reusable ground holder. I’ve used both and have had no issues. I like that you control the strength based on how much water you add. When I make my iced coffee I start with 6oz water and a 12 oz cup of ice. To that I add my creamer and any flavoring and let it do it’s thing. Love it!!
