I’ve always gotten . . . the popular brand. Last time, I was really disappointed with it. I’m not tech-savvy and could not figure out how to program the darn thing. Thought I would try something new this time. Never heard of this brand before, but I LOVE IT! It’s so easy to use! Simple buttons to turn it on and off; simple to set the clock if the power goes off. Easy-peasy to set it the night before to come on in the morning. Even an old grandma can use it, lol! Don’t have to have a degree in electronics, ha. Don’t have to use a magnifying glass. Happy camper here, thank you VERY MUCH. Keep it simple, Sweetheart!

Our old pot was huge, tired and made terrible coffee. (No way it was the operator!) Anyway, we needed a new one. I was looking for auto shut off and reusable filter. Well this one fit the bill perfectly… It makes great coffee, the filter is easy to clean and the timer works great! The coffee is awesome and you can brew it stronger or weaker your choice.

Love the full spray head. Saturates all the grounds allowing for less grounds. Love the strong feature. You can definitely use less grounds. Not crazy about the fill for water. A little tight but I’ll get over it. Not crazy about the way the basket doesn’t really have any hints to set it in holder. A little tricky getting it in the right spot so you can close the lid. I’d have given it 5 stars if not for these issues. But..it makes GREAT coffee.

It’s a great coffee pot the only problem is you guys false advertising it to get people to buy it I’d like to let you know I’m giving it a four-star because other than that it works great but something that they added to it that doesn’t work is the self cleaning function the self clean when you go to hit that button there’s no type of way that you can set it to that only.. you hit it it tends to brew like a normal pot of coffee but but it’ll only do when you have it on so like a few minutes and then it will turn off and it will just stop brewing recommended for all the features that has it definitely is great but one thing they should say in the product is they should stop false advertising products because the cleaning function does not work at all I even looked at the directions to see you can see the difference on you press the on button and then you press the self clean button it just pops up as it’s brewing a pot of coffee it don’t actually work like they advertise it other than that works great a great buy definitely love it I just wish they wouldn’t advertise it as it has a cleaning yourself cleaning when it doesn’t work because that’s what I mean way my talk voice thing is I’m clean but definitely recommend it though if you’re not outside and can get over the fact that the self clean doesn’t work as I rather just suck it up and clean up myself I guess but yeah

I bought this coffee maker when I needed to replace my “Mr. Coffee Maker”. I purchased it because it had a reusable filter which is a must for me and it could be delivered the very next day. I love it!
My coffee tastes wonderful and the filter is easy to clean. A surprising win is its compact size. It uses significantly less counter space than my old “Mr. Coffee”.

I liked the appearance of the unit. It looks more expensive than it is. I have waited for over a month to write this review to better evaluate it. The filter is unique because it has two parts. The trick is to just take out the inner part with the filter and grounds. If you remove both parts it is a little tough to get it to go in its space. The filter itself can be used without using a paper filter. I found it is much harder to clean so I still use the paper filter inside the mesh filter. Sorry my green friends but my wasted time also has value. one commenter mentioned that the pot will drip coffee on the counter while filling the first cup. Most pots will do the same thing so just use the sink. If you can’t the trick is to hold the pot high and pour slowly. Other than those things, I highly recommend this coffee pot.

I like it. The only thing I don’t like is the carafe will unintentionally spill while pouring if you don’t pour the coffee put real slow. I have found most coffee carafes are like this except certain manufacturers. I like that it has an automatic shut off. I like that it has a blue indicator that flashes letting you know that the coffee is brewing and turns solid blue when done so there is no guessing. I don’t use the timer function, but it’s nice to have, if needed.

I love the way it looks, and how good it works, but every time I try to pour the water into the back water spills all over the counter and also when I pour the coffee it does the same thing. I actually had to use one of my old glass coffee pots so as not to have coffee all over the counter.
