Love the narrow design & that it’s plastic! I’m always worried with glass brewers and an accident prone spouse. The filter is easy to remove after 24 hours, cleans easy, and it makes plenty of cold brew to enjoy for the week. So far, the spigot has been leak proof! I still keep a container underneath, just in case, but this has been great! Would definitely recommend!

 So we get out Thai tea from Amazon too. So we buy the 4 pack now. So fill up the strainer to the top with Thai tea and fill it up with water soak the tea too so it doesn’t want to spill out of the tea is dry. Wet the tea to prevent that. Also once u do that place it in the refrigerator or leave outside. Best results in the refrigerator. Then 24 hours later u got strong Thai tea and we use star bucks macchiato creamer with our Thai tea and we love it. Try it with any way u want. This unit simple and works great. Only issue sometimes it leaks from the nozzle. Also the strainer is heavy duty feels like it’s 2-3 layers thick and strong. Easy to clean too just rinse with soapy water and use the jet option on ur sink. Might get one more to have a cold brew coffee as well.also we noticed since we are cold brewing the tea no bitter taste in the teas since we don’t Obed brew the tea and it comes out just so refreshing.

I bought this to make my cold brew coffee and I cannot be without it. I always bought glass until I seen this, bought it because I always broke my others. This has been one of my best purchases and makes my cold brew experience easy and tasty… Clean up is easy, hot soapy water a good rinse and ready for the next batch to brew. Doesn’t leak, doesnt tip over and the filter basket holds my coffee grounds without getting any in my coffee!
I add 1 cup of coffee to filter, add cold fresh water through filter w the coffee grounds to the top of pitcher, put in my fridge for 20 hrs to brew. Remove coffee filter, add a bit more cold water to top it off and ive got a gallon of cold brew for my week!
I do NOT recommend putting in dishwasher but I do put the stainless steel filter in dishwasher for a good wash/sanatize between brews…

Overall this is a nice product and good value for the price. I don’t love the steel filter cup so I’m removing it and using a few large coffee filter bags that I will steep in the tank. Steel filter leeched a lot of coffee ground particles and took forever to fill the tank by adding water through it to saturate the grounds. Grounds werent fully saturated as filter sits partially above water level. Spout pieces are easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning while maintaining good seal. Skinny, oblong shape keeps fridge space usage to a minimum

Easy to assemble. The filter is great, seems like it’s 2 layers of metal mesh to reduce the amount of silt from the grounds. Mine hasn’t leaked and I’ve been using it for about 2 weeks. Easy to clean. And the price was great! I was worried the coffee would have an off taste due to the container being plastic, but so far it’s been fine. For to the oblong shape, it doesn’t take up much room in the fridge. I’m very happy with this purchase!
