I love this iced tea maker! I had been buying the Mr. Coffee one for 5+ years thinking it was a good one. This new one blows the mr. Coffee one out of the water. The Nostalgia one brews at different strengths and most importantly, doesn’t leak! The mr. Coffee one always leaked. Its easy to use and keep clean. I figured I’d spend a little more on a new one and glad I did! I love my iced tea. I use it 2-3 times a week. So, if you’re looking to buy a new one, thus is the one! You won’t be disappointed!

It is so quick to make ice tea with this easy to use machine! Now I can’t stop buying new tea flavors to try! In fact I purchased an additional pitcher to use so I wouldn’t run out! The tea has the fullness of the flavor of whatever flavor tea you choose. My food bill has gone down , no more buying jugs of tea that include sugar!

The dual tray insert with filter are relatively easy to remove and clean. The pitcher and cap rinse clean, as well.
Good purchase for the money.
Make sure to read the instructions. On first use, you’re supposed to add water before plugging in. The machine actually starts on when you first plug it in. Not sure why it does that, but it was slightly alarming when there was a little smoke that came out.
Close to two dozen pitchers of iced tea brewed later, I would buy this again.

Works well and very easy to use. Downside while it has a 3QT pitcher the instructions and design of the unit only make 2QTs readily.

Don’t buy, I brought and only use once. Then can’t work anymore. I registered the item, the company send me an email. But I try called them, no answer or wrong number and nowhere to be found. Try all Amazon hotline, all number not in use.

Got this unit after a year of service from another brewer that will remain nameless that the pitcher broke. Decided to try a different brand and chose this one. I like strong tea and I use two large size tea bags and brew twice with no ice. This brewer makes stronger tea, suggesting that this ubut may get the water hotter im not sure. Time will tell on durability but the pitcher seems about the same quality. Wish it be purchased separately. But so far makes strong tea and easy to use.

I make 3 to 4 gallons per week. Have used 2 or 3 different brands of makers for past 20 years. This one is by far the best one. I love that I don’t have to measure the water. Just add water with sprayer to the fill line and start. I use the gallon Lusianne bag & run water thru machine twice, on strong, for each gallon of tea. Now, if the pitcher doesn’t start leaking like the others, I’ll be happy.

If you drink sweet or unsweetened tea, this is a game changer! We make at least a pitcher or two a day. It comes out delicious and ice cold in minutes. No waiting for it to cool down in the fridge forever, or water the tea down with ice after. So easy to use, cleans easily, great quality so far. At first I thought the pitcher was flimsy, but she’s been through heck and is lightweight and works like a pro. Best purchase in years! So useful and time saving. I use 3 small iced- tea bags on the strongest setting and add a little bit of sugar right on the ice before brewing, stir and ready to serve!

replaced Mr. Coffee which is a space hog. This sleek design is so attractive; however, the instructions lack that in order for proper placement you have to make sure that the pitcher is positioned correctly in order to avoid mishaps, which is what happened to me.
