You’ll need:
- Instant coffee+boiling water
- Heavy cream or half-and-half
- Cane sugar
- Ice cubes
Boil the water for the instant coffee. A good rule of thumb is to use 1 Tbsp of instant coffee per 1 oz of boiling water. You’ll need at least 2 oz of coffee per serving size. While the water is still hot, add in 2-3 Tbsp of cane sugar per drink. Add this coffee and sugar mix to the blender along with the half and half. Blend with iced cubes and enjoy!
