I don’t get the coffee giggers after 3 or 4 cups.
Try it you’ll like it and it costs less than the brand I’ve been drinking for the past 40 years

I purchased this for someone else and then ended up using myself. This was not bad coffee at all, compared to other brands like Folgers, Maxwell House, etc. I think I actually liked this more. I remember Yuban from like ages ago. I don’t know if I’d buy it again for myself but it was good coffee.

My wife and I like Yuban. We were buying the original roast blend at our Kroger. I saw this Dark Roast on Amazon and thought we would like it even more. We did! I have not seen it in stores, only online. This has a rich flavor and the cost is very reasonable. We find the recommended 1 tablespoon per cup gives the best flavor without wasting coffee. The per cup is what is listed on your coffee maker, not the size of your mug. So our percolator is filled to the 5 cup level with water and we put 5 tablespoons (1/3 cup) of coffee in the basket. This makes three standard size mugs of coffee.

I’m old enough to remember the percolator my parents used to make coffee and of course the taste to a child as grownups sat around seemingly for hours sometims,e over coffee after dinner.
And in NYC at the Automat or Chock Full o’ Nuts shops, real (black) coffee would be served.
Well, this is all to say I found what even money could not really bring home in this affordable Yuban Dark Roast. It has the deep oldtime flavor of Times Square in 1960. Very uplifting and delicious. I recommend it to gourmets. Come down to earth.

I have tried the Yuban medium roast coffee earlier, but comparatively this dark roast is good. It goes very well with fresh milk. This coffee is strong and rich in taste..

This coffee tastes and smells like coffee used smell. I have memories from childhood of coffee brewing at my grandparents house that smelled wonderful and rich. I remember opening the cans and wonder rich aromas coming from the can.
Of all the coffees I’ve tried trying to find those aromas and flavors, Yuban comes the closest.
