The only reason I gave this machine 4 stars, is because I can’t find the “reusable” pod for this machine. I also can’t find any way to contact the company to ask where or IF they’re available, either with them or elsewhere. Anybody?????? Other than that, I LOVE IT!

Makes coffee super-fast, very compact for small counter area, and is just what I needed without breaking the bank for a “Keurig”. I bought this after camping with my friend who had one in her trailer. I was super excited because wanted a K Cup type machine but not having to pay the Keurig price. I used maybe 10 times and now it will not pull through the coffee from the pods. I thought might be clogged or something so cleaned it but nope. Water heats up and drips but no coffee. Super disappointed. And of course most likely not returnable at this point.

Update Aug 10- after my review the seller reached out to resolve my concern. 2 star for the machine I received however customer service was a 4 star. Really appreciate their professionalism.

Obviously as it looks it’s compact which makes ideal for small kitchens. It worked okay mostly for a month plus a few days. Now it is overflowing instead of brewing regardless of cleaning. If you make coffee less than once a day then this may be good for you. But since I’m a middle aged depressed woman living in Texas I have a coffee drinking problem that replaces my lack of Will to live. If you are like me, make the investment on a better system.

Works great it is quick and easy. The temperature is nice and hot..

Okay it’s a beautiful color of blue It’s simple to run the only problem I have if I use inserts That I feel the inserts with the dolphin on them Will work if you fiddle a bit, with them the straight pink ones with the screen won’t work Too big, you can get a big cup in there if you take the little rubber Bottom out it will work fine for holidays and Traveling like I said I wouldn’t pay the full price No that i’ve used it prime day price it was a good buy And like I said, I do like the color it’ll fit in the suitcase with no Problem

So after our initial review the company reached out to me repeatedly for a week offering a full refund and apologizing for their products issues ( we missed the Amazon return window). I initially ignored them thinking it was a scam however, once I responded they in fact provided a 100% refund within 24hrs. Based on their actions I would definitely not hesitate to order from them again in the future knowing that they stand behind what they sell. If a problem were to arise I am certain that it will be addressed promptly.

Terrible, do not buy unless you like your hot tea or coffee to taste like plastic. We thought it was just an initial break in type of thing but a month late we are still getting a nasty plastic smell and taste. Missed the return window so in the trash unfortunately.

We bought this for our camper as it has a compact design and would t take up much space. It also looks nice and I really like the blue colour. We were very surprised the first time we used it as it was way faster than our old branded single cup Kuerig machine. We are very pleased with this product.
