Once it was built, it looked just like the pictures. It really looks realistic to an espresso machine, nice small shape too. It took me two days to build it.
HOWEVER, while there is a booklet that shows u how to connect the pieces, the 600+ pieces are not labeled what so ever. I had a headache trying to figure what piece was what since it doesn’t show accurate sizing. No step by step instructions or video anywhere. Usually i’m great with legos, but this one was hard.
I recommend separating each piece to its corresponding group so you don’t be like me and scatter through the 100 of pieces looking for a tiny button LOL

I was really excited to put this together however the set had missing pieces but the manufacturer includes no info on what to do if parts are missing. If all the pieces were here, I probably would have given this a much better review. I ended up returning it to Amazon.

This is the perfect project for a lazy afternoon – took us about 2-3 hours to build, with the parts spread across 2 bags [so you could build it in two separate sessions if you’d like]. The end result is an extremely charming mini espresso machine, complete with a little cup! printed tiles [take that, LEGO], and a price that puts the competition to shame. It now sits proudly on a shelf in my wife’s office, and just looks so adorable, getting compliments and comments from all passers-by. Highest Possible Recommendation!

I loved it. Enjoy working on it. But there were some missing pieces, made me frustrated during the process. It didn’t affect the final look that much. But it definitely affected my experience.

Bought as a desk toy for my coffee fiend husband. He put it together fairly quickly and easily, only one piece was missing/incorrect (4 pip slope) easily replaced by a similar (3pip slope + single). He said the pieces should work with standard Legos, but aren’t quite as perfectly snug as name brand, should you decide to mix pieces later. Pleased with the kit.
