I searched and searched and read who knows how many reviews before I pulled the trigger on a new machine… Ive been using a moka pot and French press for several years now but noticed I was not actually enjoying my coffee as much as I used to. I played with the temps, amount of coffee, grind, etc and I was just not satisfied.
I got this bad boy and I will say that I drank more coffee in two days that I had in two months! The crema is prefection! I even get it with a regular cup of coffee! No idea how they do it but Ill take it! I might add that sometimes I take my spoon and enjoy the cream before I add any cream! I loved smoking hot milk/cream in my coffee and Hated foam (from the S coffee place) but I am completely in love with the velvet texture that I get now and it is the perfect temp! I love my coffee hot, hot, hot…
I did sample the pods in it and kept those to refill with my own coffees: Im playing with the amounts but it is great to be able to cut down on waste and use some that I love that are not available in pods. If you are even thinking about it just buy it! You will not regret it.

The first machine I ordered arrived in a beat up box and ended up leaking all over the counter. Easy return and replacement through Amazon. Makes an amazing cappuccino, frother is really easy to use and produces a wonderful, lovely foam. This is the first time I’ve gotten quality espresso results at home. Fingers crossed it lasts a few years.

Gave this as a gift and wish I had given it to myself. The coffee is delicious and rich, no matter the flavor. So many flavors to choose from, easy to clean, and easy to use. Very small counter space is taken up by this.

With all the different models on sale here, in Nespresso, HSN and Wakefair, it took me several days to find the differences in each model and the price! Decided the 5 cup sizes were more important than water container size (40 vs.60 oz.) and I’m very happy with what I chose. I bought the EV150 BMAE and I m extremely happy with it. If you’re serious about your coffee, as I am, READ the manuals and the reviews of the one you think you want. Price was a big consideration, and I wanted the milk frother.
If you think the manuals for both will be very clear, forget it. But if you are smarter than a leg of a chair, you can get all the information you need. The coffee is strong, quite hot and sometimes bitter. Hey. It’s espresso. You can change the amount of water you use, you get 12 samples to try, and the frother is fantastic. Don’t look for the second whisk mentioned in the manual, there isn’t one. Instead, the little wire whisk on the plastic whisk comes off to clean and I don’t know what else it does. But the frother is excellent. I’ve tried it with skimmed, 2% milk, whole milk and half and half and they all work, each providing different froths. I don’t use almond, rice, oat milks unless I make them myself because they are all processed foods,but suit yourself.
I am extremely happy with the machine and the coffees, but I’m not throwing my Keurig out. They are two very different experience s and I love them both.

Automatic open and shut feature to load the coffee pod is really coll. Great brew. Would recommend.
