In the past year, I have purchased 4 of these. I bought the first one for myself, to grind coffee. Everyone loves it, so it made great gifts. We like the 6-blade system. It’s easy to use and easy to clean. The coarseness is adjusted by the time. I’ve had mine over a year and use it several times a week. I’ve ordered 2 black/stainless and 2 blue. The blue is a little lighter than the photo, but a very nice color. Perfect size and comes in a nice box. I made a gift bag with it, along with coffee, cups, etc., and it was a big hit!

I had a much more expensive one before I moved. Left that one behind with the ex. This one does as good of a job if not more. Doesn’t spray grinds all over the counter. Super easy to clean. Just buy it… And be sure to walk out the door with it…LOL.

This is the cutest little grinder and the size is perfect for my small kitchen. It seems to pack quite a punch for it size. Its sturdy and easy to use.
I have been using it to grind coffee beans and I love how it grinds them evenly in 15 seconds flat, there are no big chunks of beans left, just smooth uniform coffee grinding.
I love that it has a lid that keeps the contents contained in the grinding cup so there is no mess.
It’s a beautiful little grinder! Glad I bought it.

So why do I call it the best? I have gone through a grand total of 15 grinders prior – some from box stores and some from Amazon. Some didn’t grind at all. Some did grind, but their little heart wasn’t in it. Some were a comedy of errors and others were just cumbersome. All in all, not one was worth the price tag until this one entered my life. I love it so much, that even if it died tomorrow, I wouldn’t be mad, mainly because I already bought another one and have it in back up.
I think the important thing is to say what I am grinding up. I have a tiny ancient senior citizen dog with few teeth left and swallowing large pieces can be a huge problem. I grind everything for him. Dog treats, it grinds it (small treats like a Little Cesar’s or large dehydrated treats like Full Moon’s jerky (I rip into pieces and then let the grinder go)). Fresh veggies, like carrots, it grinds. Medicines and pills and supplements, it grinds. And it grinds it quick and it grinds it consistently and it is just amazing. After all the crappy products, I still appreciate this one every single time.
Summary –
It grinds consistently across a spectrum of items
It is reliable and the longest lasting grinder I have found to date
It is quick with it’s little grind
It can easily be rinsed out.
Cost it is a middle of the road cost, not the cheapest (bought that one – don’t do it) nor the most expensive (yes – I bought that name brand fancy one too – huge disappointment). I personally think this is the best grind for your buck.
For those of you that thrive on negativity – read some of my other reviews on other grinders, but for this one –
If your ears are sensitive, it could be considered loud.
The blade does such a great job that sometimes you need to smack the side of the cup to dislodge anything under the blade.
If you randomly press the lid down with the bowl in it’s locked position, it will whir to life. But since that’s how it works, I don’t know that it’s really a negative. Listen, I tried.
Again, hands down the best grinder out of 16. If you are on the fence, buy this one over the other one.
