Every bag, every brew has been consistently and reliably good. Smooth, not acidic, and rich without being too strong.

It’s uniformly excellent coffee and a great value for money. I don’t have detailed tasting notes to share here – this is a solid medium roast for people that prefer the more subtle coffee flavors to the ‘toasty’ notes but aren’t quite down for the full light-roast experience. I know that’s the hipster bait of the moment but I do like to taste a bit of the roasting.
