LaVazza Perfetto Ground Coffee satified my expectations. While I was using Nespresso Machine Pods (coffee not expresso), I’ve also tried 3 different flavors of LaVazza Cofee Grounds: I found that LaVazza PERFETTO Dark and velvety (brown label) is perfect to my taste, as well as its dark pleasing color. It’s smooth, nice aroma and not as intense as INTENSO (No. 2).
2) LaVazza INTENSO Bold and Full-bodied (Purple)—dark color, nice aroma and richness and a bit bitter taste, WHICH I like, but it’s a bit overpowering to me.
3) LaVazza Gran Selezione (green) dark roast – I also like mellow, flavorful, its dark color and aroma but I think it’s a bit milder than no. 1 above, PERFECTTO. I will continue to buy. Great price.

If you’re primarily a Maxwell House or Folgers consumer (both decent brands) and want to spread your coffee wings a bit, the LaVazza line is a good place to start, at a great price, beginning with this Perfetto flavor.
