Thought the overflow drip tray was a bit awkward and flimsy, but, all-in-all worked well as a portable coffee maker. We took it to our local casino because I don’t care for their coffee. It worked fine and coffee was great! Daughter just bought one too, but hasn’t tried it yet. I would recommend this to someone looking for a good camping or travel or home office coffee maker.

The famiworths coffee maker is the best k-cup coffee maker I have owned. It is very simple 1 button operation I don’t see this getting complicated in future use. Also I am getting the full coffee taste that was missing in other coffee makers owned. Over the past year I have gone through 3 so called quality/expensive k-cup coffee makers just because they just stopped working properly, the same button used just didn’t anymore, even after descaling.

I bought this coffee maker for my desk at work. I hate the chlorinated water here so now I make my own coffee at my desk. I use well water from home or bottled water. I also mostly use the handy filter for grounds more than the k-cups. I like to buy my own grounds fresh. I thought I would need to use the bold setting but the regular setting makes a great cup of coffee. I usually will make 14 ounces at a time. Been a month since I have had bought it and still working great

I ordered this to replace another one cup coffee brew pot that quit working. This product matched the description. I use ground coffee in the reusable filter., I can make small or large cup of coffee, and unlike my last coffee maker, this one has a self clean feature. Yay! It has a slimline profile, fit nicely in the space , and of course the coffee was hot and tasty! The brew basket looks sturdy, the exterior is plastic. I think it’s shelf life will be short compared to the metal coffee pot we grew up with.,but I give it 4 overall : convenient easy to clean and operate, delivers a tasty cuboid coffee in @ 2 minutes.

First of all, there is a lot to like about this coffee maker. I was looking for something that was small, easy to clean, and supported a slow brewing process for a stronger coffee. This one met all of those objectives! The way that you fill water on this unit is unique and I like that it has a screen to catch anything that might fall into the water reservoir. I have filtered water on the refrigerator, so I just keep refilling a plastic water bottle which seems to be the right tool to get water in there without spilling any. The only small complaint I have is that the basket that holds the coffee grounds if you’re not using a pod, snapped apart the first week of use. I contacted the manufacturer who is going to send me a replacement when they are back in stock. I’m satisfied with my purchase!

Works well, great price. as other reviewers have noted, I use a gravy seperator to fill it easily ,as not to spill water all over.
Also as reviewed it has trouble with punching the top hole in pods with foil & cellophane laminated tops.
punches through the foil but not always the cellophane if the 2 delaminate. I’ve taken to opening up the lid after closing it on the top, the foil is pierced ,I use an ice pick to push through that hole and pierce the the second layer. Being able to use the pod and not make a mess.
I’ve only had this problem with one brand of coffee so far (Martinson,s).
Other than that very happy with it.

Works well for a one cup serving. I like to use my own coffee grounds so this works well for me. Brews quickly and coffee comes out hotter than my regular coffee pot system. I use the bold brew feature. I also use a paper filter in the basket provided. The additional paper filter makes for easy clean up and brews a less bitter, smooth tasting cup of coffee. I like using a short mug but that allows for some splashing during brewing. Using an upside-down small glass container under the cup to raise the mug helps eliminate the splashes. After brewing, I flip the container to catch the residual drips for super easy clean up. The reservoir opening is narrow so I need to use a measuring cup with a spout to load the water. It would be nice for this maker to include a narrow measuring device with clearly marked measurements that correlate with the markings in the reservoir for easy filling. Not a big deal but would make it better for sure. The basket for the coffee grounds seems flimsy and I suspect that it will break in time but I hope I’m wrong. All and all, this coffee maker works fine for me and I hope it stands the rest of time.

I am coming off the Keurig Mini. I love my Kuerig mini but decided to try another brand next time. The Famiworth is good so far. Yes it feels more plastic and lightweight than the Keurig, obviously there are quality differences in material used. I have tried both the regular and bold settings and the bold setting actually works, I prefer it. On regular setting coffee is too light. Bold setting makes a yummy bold coffee.
Makes coffee as hot as my Keurig, it might be even hotter. I am excited to try the filter they provide to use with coffee grounds, if it works well I will be able to save some money not having to use coffee pods. I love the light green color, it almost matches the color of my Keurig that I am in love with.
The measurement inside the machine is wrong. The 8 ounces, which I use, in this machine is more like 9-10 ounces. I have provided a picture of where the water sits at when actually filled to 8 ounces.

Bugs get into the water reservoir. I ran the machine without coffee so I could get hot water for a tea bag and a spider came out. Next morning before I made my coffee I ran hot water through it again and a gnat came out. I knew bugs might be getting into it because I saw a gnat crawl into the side of one of the buttons. I have no idea how many bugs and spiders I have been drinking since I got this machine. I really don’t want to get a Keurig again but the Keurig is pretty bug proof, I always ran hot water for tea and never had a bug come out.
