Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is you end up with lots of grounds in the bottom of the pot which end up in the last few cups served. I don’t remember ever having that problem with percolator in the past.

Been using percolating coffee makers for the longest time all from a competitor’s H…..B….brand and after the 3rd one died I figured a change is due.
Should have tried this new one long ago. This one using the same coffee grounds make the same strength and flavour of brew using 11 scoops when I was using 14. Saving money every morning is a good start for me.
Love the way the power base stays plugged in while I take the pot to the table to pour and return it to keep warming.
The water level indicator is a stamped scale on the inside of the pot and not visible from the outside for better or worse.
It makes really good coffee in our opinion and the price was comparable to others.
Arrived before promised.
Would buy this again.

I have used this coffee maker 9 times since it arrived in the mail. Now granted, for it’s low price it doe’s make coffee. BUT . Everytime I pour the water into the container, no mater how slowly I do it, there is always some water running down the side of the pot leaving puddles to soak up with a towel. It pisses me off to have to do this every time! This may be a petty complaint, but as my dearly beloved sainted Irish grandmother used to say,” It’s a piece ‘O crap ” !

This machine takes up very little space, Is super-easy to fill with water and grounds, and the only control it has or needs is a power switch. The power cord is a bit short, the machine has no brew-timer and the burner has no automatic off-timer, but what do you expect for less than 20 bucks? It works brilliantly within its limitations, so don’t set unrealistic expectations and you’ll love it.
As with all coffeemakers, the listed number of cups is about twice the number of mugs most people drink coffee in. So two mugs is all you can fit in the pot. The filter is an odd size, really small, so the fact they provide a re-useable filter is awesome. I buy ground premium coffee and then grind it some more to get the most out of my beans, yet I haven’t noticed much sludge in the bottom of my mug like some people have complained about. This white-colored filter works TONS better than the old gold filters.

The product makes five (5) 6 oz cups of coffee. We tested the temp of the water in the basket and in the carafe and there was a 5-10 degree difference. We only ran water through it with our test. We believe this would be good for us to have a couple of cups of coffee for hubby and I.

This perk works but the percolater cycle seems too short so you don’t get the coffee flavor you should. It does a good job keeping the coffee hot for 2 hours after the cycle completes. I think it needs to perk at least twice as long. I know fast is what everyone wants these days, but I love coffee and want it to taste right. I’m kind of disappointed. It’s easy to clean though and it looks nice!

Before I bought this the one thing I wanted to know was how long the coffee stayed hot. And I couldn’t find a solid answer. So I’m here to say that it stays hot for a very long time! The auto heater stays on for two hours and the carafe stayed hit to the touch for at least 30 minutes after that. We finished a 12 cup pot about an hour after that so I’d say the coffee stays hot for 3 hours at least, if not more, after the brew ends. We did notice grounds in the last cup but the coffee was not burnt. And I noticed grounds in my first cup of coffee today. That really doesn’t bother me much and it could be user error. I guess we will see later today or tomorrow if it’s the pot or me. But all in all, I’m a big coffee person and this is hands down the best coffee we have had in a looooong time. For reference our last two coffee makers were a cuisinart and then a ninja. The ninja btw was absolutely horrible and I’ll never buy one of those again. I’ll probably stay with a percolator forever because it takes up far less space and energy and I find it much easier to clean. The one thing I don’t know is if it’s dishwasher safe. I didn’t read the manual, I should probably do that.

Surprisingly quick. Coffee ready much faster than my stove top percolator. The stay warm feature shuts off after 2 hours. I discovered if I missed the time frame to put it back on just remove the basket and turn on. It will go back to stay warm fairly quickly. Good value and good coffee

I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and have been very pleased with it so far. It’s really easy to use and I love that you don’t have to buy paper filters for it. I haven’t had any pour/spill issues that others have mentioned in their reviews. It is a bit small, maybe 5 measured cups, but more like 3 full coffee cups. It’s perfect for my desk at work.

The coffee pot works well. It is the perfect size for one person. The only issue I have is in the carafe. It leaks 9 times out of 10 when you pour. So pour over the sink!

Brew time is about 10 min for a 12 cup which is too short causing weak coffee. Problem solved by adding 4 or 5 cubes of ice at the start. This increased brew time to 12 minutes. Also make sure to use a disk filter (i cut up a cone filter) and compact the coffee as much as possible. Use about 5 or 6 heaping tablespoons. Good and strong now
