This is probably the easiest grinder I have used. Not that I have used a bunch of them.
It gives measurements. The top gives you the choice of espresso powder to coarse grind from french press to percolated cup of Joe. The front of the cup lets you know how many cups you are grinding beans for. This gives fresh beans for the best cup of coffee. The grinder itself is compact in size. It won’t take up a lot of counter space.
It boasts a flat burr grinder. They are more consistent with the beans rather than the conical ones that just grind.
I thought it was an easy clean. It comes with a brush, if you lose it, just a wipe with a clean dry dish towel works well. I thought it made a difference from my old one. It was quicker. The flavor was richer. Maybe it was partly because it was new. Whatever, I recommend, with a cup of coffee at my side.

This coffee grinder works well. The plastic parts are light compared to my old grinder but, with careful handling, they should last a while. This grinder is simple to operate. Set it on your preferred grind, indicate the number of cups, push the button and it does the rest. The bottom container that holds the ground coffee requires a firm tug to pull it out and it has a handy spout for pouring which reduces the mess. This grinder is a bit loud but it works so quickly that there isn’t noise for long. Overall, a kitchen appliance that works efficiently providing freshly ground coffee every morning.

 I was pleasantly surprised by the compact size of this grinder. I really like that it is easy to take apart and clean. I also like that it automatically shuts off after it grinds whatever you select at the top, so the grinder cannot clog if you start it and get distracted. The hopper is pretty big. I ground 14 cups twice and still had another 6 or 7 cups of grinds after that, and I did not fill the hopper completely to capacity. I was a little disappointed at the consistency of the grinds. I had the size set between the espresso fine grind and the drip grind. It seemed like instead of grinding something consistently in between the two, I ended up with some extremely fine powder, and some comparatively larger grinds. If it would have ground consistently, thi would have gotten 5 stars. Everything else is great.

This burr grinder does a very nice job on our home roasted coffee. I’m particular with my coffee and this does it justice. The hopper is large and easily holds about 8 ounces of beans, so it last a few days. As far as burr grinders go this one is not too loud, but more importantly it’s much quicker than most I’ve had. There are adequate settings for grind fineness as well as how much coffee to grind (# of cups is a personal choice, so don’t trust the # on the dial).
So far I haven’t found any spots in particular that the grounds get stuck on, and it’s easy to take parts out to clean well. I also haven’t seen anything that makes me think it wouldn’t last long, it’s well made and everything fits together tightly.
Overall a very good grinder that I highly recommend.

Was really hoping this would be a good alternative to the smaller, single serve grinder we had. Unfortunately, it’s just not.
It has two knobs, one for the amount you’d like to grind, and one for fineness of grind. Neither of which perform as indicated. Selecting the amount you’d like it to grind, it doesn’t complete the task and you have to continuously come back and press the button to get the desired amount.
The fineness knob doesn’t seem to work at all. No matter the setting, it seems to grind everything to a fine powder – which isn’t always desireable for us.
There’s also a couple issues with the plastic receptacle in which the ground coffee collects. First: it’s plastic. Because of this, the grounds stick to it a lot and make it very difficult to extract to brew. Second, something about the design just causes it to make a mess when pulling it out and trying to remove the grounds from it.
In short, it’s more trouble than it’s worth for something that is supposed to make this task easier.
