Yes, the grinder stopped grinding correctly after two months, and I went ahead and voiced my annoyance. However, when I contacted the manufacturer they, within 24 hours, responded to me and made it right. I’m very impressed with this company’s customer service.
PREVIOUS: At first I was able to get various grind sizes (espresso through pour-over is all I use). But now, after TWO MONTHS, it no longer adjusts and only spits out one grind – which is actually too big/coarse for drip. I guess that’s what I get for buying the cheapest one out there. Hopefully yours will work longer. Now I have to try deal with a “warranty.”

Returning this. Overall the unit is quiet, but I cannot figure out how to reduce the static in the chamber, so when I open the top of the canister where the grounds are stored, it makes one heck of a mess everywhere.

This grinder is a lot quieter than the Cuisinart we had before. Have also noticed our coffee beans seem to be lasting longer. We are able to dial in specifically to the amount that makes our perfect cup. This grinder is a really good option for the price. Arrived quickly and was simple to operate.

I have multiple coffee grinders, this one is the cheapest but does about as good of grinding as the others. The only downside is that when i remove the lid and empty the grinds into the filter it makes a mess on the counter. Not the best design. I also prefer a glass grind catcher due to static. All in all it’s worth the cost.

It takes some getting used to to get the grinds right to your taste. The cup that holds the grinds tends to pop out during the grind stopping the unit but it’s a minor problem as you can just hold your thumb on the cup.
The only real complaint I have about this is that the bristles on the brush fell off after the first use. But as I said it’s a good value for the money.

It is simple and straightforward to use. With that said, you have to hold the capture container in while using. If not, the grinder will not work and/or your freshly ground Coffee will go all over the place. Great coffee grinder if you enjoy fresh coffee, beans, but do not use it every day..
