I bought this grinder to replace my old Cuisinart grinder which finally gave up the ghost after many years of faithful service! The grind is consistent, the controls are nice and easy to interpret, and the nose level is MUCH quieter than the old Cuisinart grinder!

1. Coffee grounds falling so seal not good on the bottom receiver.
2. Noise is ok during grinding
3. Coffee sticking on the grass and it makes it messy when you put grounds on expresso
B. Bridges –
I really like this grinder, want to love it. I have both a drip coffee maker and a French Press. I would like to grind for which ever one I am using, but it only grinds for expresso. Ok maybe a coarse expresso, but to fine for my coffee maker (makes a mess with the small light grinds) and makes a mess in my french press. Also, do to the fine grinds, the ground coffee sticks (static electricity) to the canister.
Good grinder, but I wanted better. I will use for a bit until I can find a better one.
CompAny reached out to me. Offered me a replacement or refund. I asked for a replacement of another model they sell, they agreed, but took that offer back after seeing what shipping was. They did refund my purchase which was nice but too bad about the change. I gave another star for them reaching out and getting a refund.

The only thing I don’t love about this grinder is that it makes a little mess, but no more than every other grinder out there. It’s fast, quiet, efficient, and fully adjustable to your tastes. I love it!
