I drink iced tea everyday. I’ve used the Mr Coffee brand for years but decided to try this one. It works well and I like the multiple options for brew strength. The pitcher however has a handle that is thin and could see breaking in the future. Also a few times now when pouring tea the lid just came off and tea spilt everywhere. I hold the lid now when I pour which is an inconvenience. There are markings on the lid for slotted pour or full pour but the lid just is not secure. The pitcher is a thick plastic that seems durable except for the handle which seems like it could easily break. Does make good tea though and is aesthetically pleasing. Has almost a retro look.

Brews an exceptional picture of ice tea. Love the adjustable brew strength option. Haven’t tried it for coffee as we bought it for ice tea. Definitely would recommend this product.

Love the iced tea maker. Brews delicious strong tea. One big problem is the lid does not fit securely on the pitcher and falls up when pouring thus spilling tea.

I ordered this unit to replace my 20 year old Mr. Tea, since my model is no longer being made. I love that it is one unit with no top pieces to fall off. The washable filter basket eliminates the need for paper filters. The tea is delicious and is made very quickly. The only downside is the quantity it can brew at a time. The pitcher is smaller than you can see, due to the decorative bell at the bottom of the pitcher. That means that it’s a bit deceptive. Not nice, manufacturer! I have bought a second pitcher so I can brew more tea at a time. I brew with the pitcher it came with and fill the other as I go. Now, I have enough tea for this family of avid tea drinkers. I wish the pitcher was bigger. That’s my only concern.

My teamaker was delivered in 3 days and I put it to work today making 4 pitchers of tea. Stylish and mine came with a plastic pitcher but instruction booklet says “glass”. My favorite has always been that “MR” but now discontinued unless you pay a fortune for new old stock
