Got this on Prime Day on sale. I have had other Ninja products and wanted a combo coffee maker. Works well. My only complaint is the brew measurement for 12oz with pods is miscalibrated. It makes more like 10oz. It is much more than needed for even heavy cream users to fill the difference. 12oz is the max setting for pods which is weird because even the cheap Amazon Basics pod coffee maker goes up to 14.

Coffee maker is marvelous. A little technical but works very well. Often fill refillable k cup with my favorite coffee. But it’s nice to have some disposable k cups from store for convenience. Can set it for 28 40 52 or 65oz pots. Often 40 is perfect especially if I need a cup and need to fill 2 travel cups in the morning. Work great for loose leaf tea. What’s left over goes in the fridge for iced tea later. 28 oz is perfect for iced coffee. Use a quart size glass cup

I orderd this and after almost 1 month of not receiveing it with confusing updates from the vendor, i decided to cancel the order and but from soneone else, wihich they delivered it in 3 days! Love the product.
Update *** 4 days afer cancelling it, the product shows up at my door. LOL. Won’t be using this seller again, but as I stated above, love the product.

Extremely happy with our purchase!! LOVE the capability of having a carafe and pod system together. Now when I have company I have the ability to serve a decaf without brewing a whole pot. LOVE the frother too. All over a GREAT machine. I did get the small appliance sliders for it and now it’s perfect.

This coffee maker is amazing. Aside from a few minor scratches and scuffs, this product looks aesthetically appealing and performs without issue. The delayed brewing function actually works too. I have that same feature on my cheap Hamilton Beach brand coffee maker, and big surprise .. it does nothing. Ninja on the other hand has never let me down and performs flawlessly. Only reasons I didn’t rate at 5 stars is because it does have minor cosmetic damage and didn’t not come with a coffee scoop which comes standard with a new machine. Not a big deal, but it is inconvenient and comes at an additional cost of $14.99 to get one.

I’ve been eyeing this machine for a while in stores and snatched it up when I saw the much cheaper price. Works just as expected and I love it.
My only complaint is it didn’t come with the integrated scooper and when I messaged the seller they kept asking me to return the entire machine when I was asking them to simply send me the missing part – the scooper. After repeated requests to only send the scooper and that I didn’t need to return the entire machine because it was missing one part. The seller eventually offered me a partial refund which I accepted.

I’ve had the unit in use for 4 months now and it has been great for a refurbished unit. Like most reviews on here it comes with the scoop missing which ended up being the case for me as well. I was not worried about this as I weigh my coffee for best results. So I do not miss the scoop and still a great value with that missing.
The unit brews really good coffee for a machine. My only complaint is I wish I had more control on the ounce output instead of predefined ounces you have to select from. Otherwise, I really like the engineering design and brew method.

After 3 single brew Keurigs, we decided to change to a dual type. The reviews of the Keurig were underwhelming, mainly because of the carafe. We have other Ninja products and were impressed, so we purchased this coffee maker. We are extremely pleased with the build and design quality and performance. I think the brew temperature is slightly lower than the Keurig, which means that the coffee is less bitter. I noticed I needed 1/2 as much sweetener. It is wonderfully designed, loaded with features, and is easy to clean. It works great as a single pod as well as a carafe brewer. I purchased a refurbished one through Amazon for $89 and couldn’t tell any difference from a new product. Highly recommend.
