I made a quick video about my three favorite things about this machine. Here they are spelled out:
1) mug size! It fits my second tallest mugs (8”) but unfortunately doesn’t fit my 8 3/16” mug😭. But considering I drank my last cup of coffee from my keurig this morning with unwanted grounds, I’ll take that as a win!
2) I’m able to open the lid enough so that it can sit ALL the way back against the backsplash AND the cord plug fits nestled into the cervice between the water tank and the machine without kinking. My upper cabinets are 18 5/8” (not 18.75” as mentioned in my video) from the countertop.
3) the water tank is on the right side, which is closest to my sink👌
I’ve seen lots of reviews about the functionality of this machine, and I’m sure I’ll love it. But these specs, especially the mug size, were things I just couldn’t find online or on YouTube.

The set up of this machine is great. The dual maker option is smart. We make a pot for the morning and mid day coffee we can make a Kcup size. Also love the compartments to store the measuring spoon and attachments

So far, I love this coffee pot. The ability to still use my kcups and have the ability to make a full pot is awesome.

It seems to make very good coffee. I can actually make STRONG coffee with less beans. The maker it self is super easy to set up and use. I really like the storage compartment on the back for the k-cup top or carafe top. I also like that it comes with a water container on the side. It makes it easy to clean and ensure a better brewed coffee. Overall, I really like this coffee maker!

I loved this product from the start, did basic cleaning for pod use weekly. This morning it made horrible noise, gave clog message so I checked for clogs or coffee residue everything clean tried new pod twice decided to descale clean used 4 ozs white vinegar and water, made noises during 75 min cycle but put out very small amount of solution and grounds. Trying it one more time and really jonesing for some coffee.

After owning both Keurig and a Hamilton Beach Flex Brew in the past, I was on the hunt for a multi-brew size coffee machine.
The flexibility of brewing a pot or cup without separate sides and separate water reservoirs is exceptionally convenient. Just swap the brew head for the k-cup attachment to reveal the k-cup needle. Whichever you are not using stores on the back of the machine, preventing you from losing any pieces. You can also use a reusable k-cup pod (not included) in the holder with coffee grounds of your choice.
My kids love the ability to make a single cup of cocoa or cider. I love that I can enjoy a pot of coffee that stays hot up to 4 hours.
Considering how much I have spent replacing other brands of coffee machines, this one really isn’t that expensive at all.

The thing is awesome. Super quite, has a delay here in it so I wake up to it making my coffee in the morning. Very fast brewing. Ninja is the best kitchen device maker. I now have 6 of their products in my kitchen.
