I wanted to froth milk with my coffee. This product was advertised as containing one as part of the package. It eventually came without a frother so it was unable to perform as advertised

I would Drink 3-4 lattes at Starbucks a day and the prices are ridiculous. Now I was at my girlfriends house and she offered me a latte and it was delicious so I asked her what machine she had and it was this one. I’ve had it for two weeks now and I’ve already saved, so much money by making my own. The only thing that I wasn’t pleased with is the explanations on the pods, but I’m sure with time I’ll figure it out it is worth every penny.

I am a coffee snob, I’ll admit it. I would visit Starbucks, dunkin donuts, or our local coffee shop (Black Dog) every day to get my coffee fix. I’d estimate I spent on average $120 a month on my daily coffee. I am on maternity leave with our 3rd baby and knew that these daily trips out for coffee would become more compliance with a newborn in tote which is why I very reluctantly decided to purchase this machine and give it a whirl.
I HAVE NOT BEEN TO A COFFEE SHOP SINCE THIS PURCHASE!! I wish I would’ve purchased this sooner! It is so simple to use, I love the feature of it removing the used pod so you can place the new one. The machine has a cleaning cycle that I do about once a week, gotta keep this baby in tip top shape. I’ve also purchased nespresso pods here on Amazon and also on nespresso.com. I love experiencing all the different flavors although my favorite is definitely the chairo. I add my decorate Le Monin caramel syrup to my coffee.
If you’re having hesitations in purchasing this I urge you to give it a try! It has saved me so much money and I love having the availability of coffee shop coffee at home!

Great crema! The pods can be refilled with your favorite coffee and you can buy the seals which run anywhere from .10 to .14 cents a piece.

If I fail to order a resupply of coffee (columbia starbucks) I go to Dunkin….BLAH nothing compares to the Nesspresso coffee. Never knew waking up could be so much fun and delicious. GET ONE, JUST DO IT!

We’ve owned this machine for about a month so far. It makes consistently great tasting cups of coffee and the one-button-push convenience is nice. I drink my coffee black and enjoy all the different size pods. I recommend getting the Starbucks pods to try with this. The only downside is that the pod choice is fairly Limited for the vertuo line as of today but I hope more pods will come soon. (Pods are also over a dollar per unit which is a bit exorbitant in my opinion.)
Ps. The recycling option is nice. You can get a bag with return slip already on it (from nespresso) so you can ship used pods back to nespresso for more use. They will also compost the used coffee grounds

I had the original Nespresso Vertuo machine and loved it. This machine is a very nice upgrade from the 1st one. It takes less counter space and has, in my opinion, an even better aesthetic appeal. So far, it seems to be just as durable as the prior machine.
The packaging was excellent as well.
I would highly recommend this coffee/espresso maker to anyone who wants quality, great flavor and a tidy counter.

We know good coffee in this family. We all drink it. Not the filter, cheap, stuff, but real coffee. This machine is the closest thing to espresso, macchiato, Lattes, cappuccinos, etc. from high end coffee shops. Starbucks coffee is undrinkable after you try it from this machine. Even their own pods taste ten times better from this machine. How? I don’t know. You can’t beat the price and ease of use.
