I didn’t realise it was decaf until I got it out of the package! I have bought several multi-packs of Nespresso Arpeggio and so don’t normally read into the detail when buying. Decaf should be in capitals and flashing red in the title to avoid disappointing real coffee fans. Taste was alright but it’s not as good as the real thing and is no fun. Make it more obvious please.

I’ve recently gotten into the capsules. I have several brands, and use them in my
Instant Pod coffee machine
. I am enjoying the capsules so much that I have been having a major hankering for it well after my window of caffeine. I have not had the Nespresso brand yet (yeesh, SO expensive) but I figured I would go with the original brand for what I hoped to be a good DECAF. So I splurged on this 50 pack.
I must say… I am pleased. It doesnt taste like decaf. Has a gorgeous coffee taste, and it hits the spot when I want to keep on drinking coffee but really must stop the caffeine. Delightful! I usually brew it at 2 or 4 ounces for the deepest flavor.
I’ll probably spring for the regular dark capsules by this brand given how pleased I am with the decaf. Wish it wasnt so pricey, but I dont rate on price anyway. We all have different budgets, needs, preferences, etc. I rarely get coffee out, but when I am at a place that has actual espresso, I usually buy a couple of shots, which sets me back much more than a couple of these. So I guess I am saving in some ways. That’s what I am telling myself anyway, haha.
No coffee or basic home machine is going to create the same experience that a dedicated high end professional espresso machine is going to create, but it tastes good enough for my basic needs. Overall I would say that I very much like this Nespresso brand, and the decaf has been a worthwhile purchase, and I will likely keep on purchasing it. I imagine I will go through all 50 of these in a short time. I can’t stop drinking it. YUM!!

I drink decaf coffee in my Nespresso and re ordering on the Nespresso app got away from me. Thought I’d try Amazon. They’re really good! I guess it’s the same stuff, it just felt “fancy” ordering from Nespresso.

This is fine, but I would like to have other decaf selections in medium roast. Unfortunately Nespresso doesn’t seem to realize that many people have to drink decaf.

These pods are my go-to. A flavorful delight with absolute freshness. These pods never disappoints, better than most of coffee shops (especially Starbucks which tastes different day by day). The nespresso makes me think that I am actually a skilled barista because of its’ rich flavor and perfectionist. Very convenient to use and the capsules are part of my home decorations.
