Happy Traveler –
I really like this coffeemaker. Very silent compared to my old Keurig. Coffee comes out consistently 150 degrees. Nice to have more cup size choices and you can press a button for a stronger brew which I love when I am making a flavored coffee. Just a reminder that if you want to brew a pot of coffee you will need the paper filters or you can buy the keurig carafe basket filter (which I did) and reusable k cups to put your ground coffee into to make a single cup.

Nous n’avons pas reçu le bon modèle.
Nous voulions le modèle avec la possibilité d’ajuster la force de l’infusion, ce qui était dit et montré dans les images et description.
Le vendeur a bien corrigé ce problème !

My carafe leaked around the top onto the counter when pouring, I called customer service and they send me a new $75 carafe! The next week the maker started making less than the selected amount of coffee in the carafe, I called customer service and we did a couple tests to confirm and they sent me a new K-Duo coffee maker. I will only use Keurig products in the future due to their customer service quality!!!! thanks Keurig.

I was against the individual cup coffee makers. Packets are too expensive and cost too much for units. Well…I may have been correct a long time ago…but not now! The units are well within the price of quality coffee makers, and the coffee packets have come down in price so that close to the same price as bulk coffee cans/bags. And sale prices are even better! We spent 2 weeks with friends who have a Keurig unit like the one above. We both fell in love with it. No reheat, what kind of coffee you want at the time, not what is made. Starbucks coffee in packets is a great flavor, better than stores for me…but I am not a true coffee connoisseur, I just like what I like. Costco and Amazon packets are good also. It is nice having light, medium blend, and bold or flavored coffees when you want. Everyone gets to satisfy their taste at the moment. We worked out the costs and…even with the new purchase of the new Keurig, it was cheaper in the long run and close to paid for in six months (not on sale). We and very much I, am glad we purchased the unit, and it works great. Easy to clean and keep fresh. Sam

Definitely convenient to have both a cup and a pitcher. The auto timer is also great. The only down side is filling the tank.

I wish it poured a 16 oz. cup.
Cliente de Amazon –

i’m a party of one so the K cup side is great. but when I want to make a picture of tea or make an entire carafe of coffle, I can make a whole pot. so this is the perfect situation for myself and so far I’ve not had any problems with it at all. However, I did buy the permanent fixture separately.. in my estimation it should’ve been included with the coffee machine but that’s the only downside is you have to buy the permanent filter separately.

The coffee maker takes as much space as you’d expect, given the dimensions. It’s a big one, but for what you get, it’s expected. The only thing I was a bit concerned about was the glass carafe, and apparently, I had reason to be since not long after its first use, I noticed a crack in the glass. I don’t know how it happened, but it made me not want to keep using that part of the coffee maker, which was a problem. Fortunately, I contacted Keurig through their website, and after providing the SN (which is on the back of the coffee maker, by the way. You have to take out the water reservoir to see it) and a picture, as well as other details, they provided a replacement at no cost, which was a big bonus.
I feel like the cup measurements for the carafe aren’t quite right (if that’s even what they are), so there was a little trial and error when it came to figuring out how much coffee I’d be adding based on the options available. One thing I do enjoy, though, is the fact that I can stop the coffee from starting with enough time to spare. I have a bad habit of starting the K-cup side without first inserting said K-cup (it’s called mornings, nobody likes them), and once you hear it start (because it takes a bit for it to take the water and heat it up, I suppose?), it gives you time to cancel (just turn it off).
Cleaning-wise, it hasn’t been that much of a hardship. Also, the water reservoir is a bit of a pain to carry and place back in when it’s full, so I now just use a measuring cup to pour water in. Bear in mind that the lid gathers condensation so when you lift the lid, be prepared to relocate it into a sink or just try not to tip it in any direction, and the water shouldn’t slide out of the sides too terribly much.

I’ve had it almost a month, it sees multi daily use and it works as advertised. It’s a great way to start my mornings and take some to go. The duel option is nice because weekends our household will easily go through a few pots as well as enjoy the ease of the K cups.
I haven’t had any problems to date, the operation is easy to perform and the directions are pretty straightforward.

We loved the Keurig’s diversity of one cup or a carafe! Coffee was hot! Quick dispense! Easy to fill water bin. Until this morning (bought Sep 2,2023 and it was powerless. Tried different plugs etc so called Keurig troubleshooting who were very helpful and advised me they would send me a new unit. Appreciate the response! Had to take pics and provide order# and delivery proof. Hoping for better luck. We first saw this unit at an AirBB and loved it!
