This is a piece of garbage. I tried to use it to grind oats for flour, and it died within 3 minutes of use.

After several years I had to replace my grinder. I loved the removable cup so ordered this. The grinder takes too long to grind warming the whole grinder. There is a smell of plastic, and the rubber ring on the cap does not stay on, but you need it or the ground beans, without the grinds get in all the working parts.

This grinder works great. You can get some fine coffee ground from the coffee bean in a few seconds. I really like the push-down-hold operation, instead of a push button. It’s not very noisy when operating. Cleaning is easy too.

I bought this one because I wanted to remove the cup & properly wash after use, which it does. The effectiveness, however, is not up to part. In just one day of receiving/using it, the consistency of the grind is not to my expectancy. Not to mention, it has stopped & started back after a few hours. It’s possible mine may be defective or just plain crap.
