I drink ice tea by the gallons and my 10 year old ice tea maker finally died. I had no idea finding an ice tea maker would be so hard to find in 2021. Everything is geared towards ice coffee these day. So I really did my research on this pot before making my purchase. I really like this as an ice tea maker, which is my intended use. It comes with two baskets, for loose tea or one for tea bags. I like the design of it for sitting out on the counter. I like the visible water line for filling. I dislike the fact that the lid does not have two opening choices for pouring. This only comes with a strainer type opening and not a mouth opening. I wish the carafe was a bit sturdier plastic. Overall I’m pleased with my purchase.
As a Amazon Prime member, I was quite disappointed in the length of time it took for shipping. At one point my tracing showed where the package was handed off from UPS to US mail and then just stalled. I live in a major city and this was a good size box, so it should of continued with UPS and I would have gotten it in a more timely manner. Note: I am not one of those people that expects 2 day delivery, but I also don’t expect almost 3 weeks for delivery either.

My old tea maker have up and I wanted a new one that would match my kitchen. This one was a little more than I wanted to pay but it also makes coffee so I figured I would try it. I love it. It is easy to use and tall enough that I can use my ice coffee jug in it also. We are all very happy with it.
