I’m a pour-over coffee guy and had never used a moka pot before. I specifically got this pot to make Negroni Sbagliato cocktails, the coffee version where you fill the moka pot with sweet vermouth instead of water, brew, and then add one ounce of the coffee-infused vermouth with equal parts gin and Campari over ice. Stir and garnish with an orange peel. Tastes like a Terry’s Chocolate Orange. Delicious.
I had to watch a couple of YouTube videos on how to use the moka pot and learned that you brew with the lid open so you can monitor the heat and know when its finished brewing. I’m very pleased with how well this moka pot works and have had lots of compliments on the color. It seems very well built and I really like the handle that does not get hot. I’ll still make my morning coffee a pour-over, but I really like this moka pot for coffee infusion and its nice to have a backup brewing method if my kettle ever dies. I would definitely recommend this moka pot.

This is on my stovetop 24/7. I love the classic and although I have all kinds of coffee making machines now I love the simplicity of the stove top espresso maker. the classic Italian style had good ratings, so was a no brainer. Perfect for those who are looking for just a shot of espresso for a latte. I feel that this is stronger and gives a richer brew. If environmentally friendly this is a good option as no need for capsules or paper liners or anything. The quality is very good, strong and sturdy Have also read there is an issue with rust but not had that as yet. Careful when cleaning and drying. Just a matter of finding the right beans and getting the perfect espresso.

This is my first moka pot so I don’t have much reference to compare it to. However, having used it 5+ times, I can say my latte tastes amazing, just like a cafe. The size is perfect for one person. The color and design is very beautiful with character. It is very easy to clean. There were 2-3 times my brother used it and didn’t clean it for a couple of days. I was expecting a mess when I opened it up, but there was no rust or discoloration. I suspect I will be using this product for a long time.

I bought this for my boyfriend for when he’s staying with me, so he could make himself a large coffee, or make his coffee and my latte at once (I have a six cup for myself). Keep in mind — it takes about 12 minutes form start to finish. Fine once you know! And most important, run water through without coffee not just once or twice, but many times before using, as this makes the ring seal work. The coffee didn’t have enough pressure to bubble up before we ran water through and we thought it was defective at first. So we ran water through twice a day for three or four days – and now it works like clockwork. Overall, I am happy with this purchase and I am buying another to have at his place!

The espresso maker’s adorable and compact design not only adds elegance to my kitchen but also simplifies the coffee-making process. Brewing the perfect cup of espresso is a breeze with its user-friendly manual operation. Even as a coffee novice, I can confidently fine-tune the grind size and tamping pressure to suit my taste. Plus, it’s incredibly clean—no more post-brew cleanup nightmares; every drop of espresso lands in my cup, thanks to its precision engineering. This espresso maker has not only saved me time but also spared me the daily kitchen mess. Its compact size makes it highly portable, so I can enjoy a top-notch espresso wherever I go.

Recently I bought this milano stovetop espresso maker moka pot 3 espresso cup – 5oz in red color from Amazon and it’s working very nicely for me. It made things easy for me and I can make my favorite coffee in it at any time.
It’s easy to use and clean. It’s light in weight but heavy on duty. I bought specially for winter season because I am a coffee lover and I need it very much specially in winter.

Been wanting to up my at home coffee game for a while but hesitant to drop the heavy cash on an espresso machine. I am so in love with this little thing holy moly. I’ve been brewing Cafe Bustelo espresso blend in it and making my own “fancy” iced coffees with oat milk… and I’m like… Starbucks who?? Couldn’t be happier with this.

Shipping was really fast. I liked how quick and easy it was to use. I was a bit intimidated as this was my first time making espresso. It actually turned out well! I got the white with wood handle and I like the look of it with the wood but I was concerned about the white getting stained from espresso. I got a few drops on it that I accidentally let dry but they wiped right off. Unsure if it’ll stain over years of use. It’s surprisingly light since it’s made of aluminum but it’s still sturdy. I got the 6 cup version, which means it’ll make 6 cups of 2oz espresso, not that it holds 6 cups of water. It’s not too large so it’s easy to store, probably about the size of 2 regular coffee cups stacked on each other. I liked that there are no disposable filters you need to constantly buy, everything is reusable except the gasket that should be changed every 6-12 months. While not a deciding factor in my decision to purchase, I like their #everycupfillsanother campaign where every purchase provides 50+ days of safe drinking water to people in need.
What I don’t like about it is the fact that it’s not dishwasher safe and you should towel dry after each use (to prevent corrosion from air drying). Also, the directions did not say how much water/grounds to use so there is some trial and error with how much to do for one cup or more. Also, there is no warning to know when all the water has boiled up (as you shouldn’t open the pot during boiling) so I had to guess when it was done and I left about a third of the water still in the bottom pot. Otherwise, it was great and took only about 5-7 minutes to make a pot of espresso.

I have really enjoyed this stove top espresso maker, blends well with the décor in my kitchen and works well!! I am also glad I can take on trips, since there are places w no coffee makers (who does that lol), either way, this is an essential !!

This is my great find for stovetop coffee maker. I love the simplicity of the stove top espresso maker, classic Italian style, perfect for those who are looking for just a shot of espresso for a latte and its stronger and gives a richer brew. The quality is very good, strong and sturdy Have also read there is an issue with rust but not had that as yet. Environmentally friendly my 11 year old daughter loves it when she makes a cup for herself on weekends. This is a good option as no need for capsules or paper liners or anything. This one is simple and elegant, just like a classic Italian moka pot. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves espresso.

I got this for my husband since he’s the coffee guy in my house. He says that even though it won’t make a lot of coffee at once, it’s fun to use and the coffee tastes really good! He was also worried about how hard it would be to clean, but the thing is really easy, it’s all stainless steel and comes apart in 3 pieces so you can get it really well with a bottle brush. 5 stars!
