PainMaestro –
Used it for a few years, had to super glue back on the grind ring on the bottom of the chute when it just disintegrated. Finally, all it took was a tiny chip in the the grind receptacle and it stopped working altogether. For the grinder to turn on, bothe the feeding chute AND the ground coffee receiver plastic container have to be in place just so. Any chips or deformities and they won’t be recognized, rendering it useless. I had a second machine I bought as a backup, it was dead right out of the box. Will not buy this brand again.

I have used this model for many years, trouble free. It finally failed, so I replaced it with the same model. I recommended it to friends who are delighted with it.

I think this is my third – yes I have burned two others out over 20+ years , I have several others which I either use for specialty coffee or herbs. This is for my daily grind and it grinds about 2 pounds a week so that is about 100 pounds a year and I get 7 years of use out each one – that’s 700 pounds of coffee – that’s a lot of coffee and frankly if I could change the grinding burrs it would last even longer.
