The product is exactly as described. It is easy to use and produces excellent results. I purchased it for my office. I fill it with water and grounds before leaving work for the day and have fresh cold brew coffee waiting for me when I arrive in the morning. I will get a second one to replace the jar I currently use at home.

This cold brew coffee maker is well worth having. I like having an iced coffee in the afternoon and usually I just pour coffee over lots of ice. Well this is way more convenient, just fill up and stick it in the fridge until you’re ready to have a cup. The insert does a great job of keeping coffee grounds out of the brew. The only complaint I have is that you have to hold the spout right on the edge of your cup or it will leak.

I was worried that the tea would taste funny since it doesn’t seal entirely, but even after a few days it tastes just fine. I love that it’s glass vs the usual plastic, though I wish it could hold more than about 4 cups of water

This is a great pitcher for cold brewing tea. The infuser is a good size–I used about 3tsp of tea leaves for the full pitcher and let it sit overnight.
One thing to note is that the handle is quite thin. It’s not the grippiest so it feels a little sketchy when you’re holding a full pitcher with it. Also, when pouring, I noticed the spout isn’t the most streamlined and some liquid might drip over the edge.
Nonetheless, it’s low maintenance and easy to clean!

It works fine, the filter size allows for enough grounds to make a straight cold brew, not really enough for a concentrate. The outer filter is much finer than my pourover so I had to let it rest on the lid to drain for a few minutes before using. The carafe is pretty sturdy, more than I expected. My only real complaint is there’s no way to seal the lid completely while it’s brewing even if you turn it 90°. I usually use a half gallon jar for cold brewing but this is nice for using up smaller quantities of grounds when I’m changing beans in my grinder

It’s a great cold brew coffee maker. I went for this one due to design and price and I do not regret it. The materials are of good quality, the glass, the plastic parts and the stainless steel filter in particular. All parts can go in the dishwasher. The coffee tastes great, but that certainly depends on individual taste and type of coffee you use. I ended up with French roast and really enjoy the lack of acidity from the cold brew process. The only thing that feels a little “weird” for me personally is the glass handle. It’s perfectly fine and functional, but maybe just a little on the thinner side for the size of my hand. But that is by all means no minus point.

It’s a very good size pitcher to fit on a fridge shelf. It worked flawlessly for making coffee, as expected. I also experimented with it for making fruit infused water. It worked wonderfully with no traces of fruit in infused water. I think I am going to use it more frequently for making infused water rather than coffee.
