Don’t like write this type of reviews but when you charges $89 + $38 shipping charges, it should offer good product with quality.
cons:- it makes maximum 2 cup coffee which so annoying specially when we had guest and made coffee for three types .
everytimes requires open and re-fill water for coffee and frother which is irritating because need to release steam before opening cap.
Pros:-found one good thing is makes coffee in 120 second which quite impressive .

The best coffee maker and you don’t have to brake the bank to buy one. I had to buy a second one that is how much I like it.I’m a big coffee drinker and usually get a 5 coffee shots from Starbucks in my drink and still don’t get the caffeine effect that would like for my money . This one is just perfect. I highly recommend!!!

The cover where the coffee drops in is to loose, what it makes the coffee drops outside the cup when pouring it.
What I like of it is the straw to heat the milk it’s from metal easy to clean, others are plastic and not removable what it makes the smell and some milk stay inside the plastic straw.

There are several things I do not like about this product. First of all. It does not make hot espresso. I put my cup in the microwave for 45 seconds to get a nice hot cup. I usually make 8 ounces of decaf espresso at a time. I also do not like it is a two-step process to froth milk. First you have to make your espresso than you froth your milk. My very old machine I can do both at the same time. I will be sending this back.
VERY UNHAPPY WITH A 20% RESTOCKING FEE! BEAWEAR!!! I HAVE NEVER HAD A RESTOCKING FEE BEFORE.
