Kevin is indeed a coffee fanatic and replied to my email while he was on vacation.
He promptly issued me a refund when I mentioned that the flavor profile of the medium roast decaf was lighter than our expectations (completely subjective and not bearing on the coffee, we mistakenly thought we’d ordered dark roast). I then ordered a bag of dark roast decaf and it arrived the next day.
Customer care at a level far higher than I’ve come to expect.

I’ve ordered this several times now and it always tastes beautiful and high quality. The name should be “More Fun Jo”! I had horrible headaches with the caffeine in regular coffee, but not anymore.
