I first bought a manual grinder for flax seeds because I didn’t want to rely on an electric motor (I will not include a description of that product).
I never timed the process, but I’m convinced that it took well over 5 minutes to grind a day’s supply of the flax seed. This machine that I am reviewing, ground up a week’s supply and no more than 10 seconds.
Perhaps I’m missing out on a good workout for my wrist, but the efficiency of this machine will have my manual grinder put away for the foreseeable future.

Either for coffee or something else this is easy to use and very simple design. We use it daily for oatmeal pancakes, coffee or anything we need ground up. Very sturdy and heavy base. Easy to clean and I believe great value because it was lower priced and worked out great. Was going to get the fancy expensive one with a dozen speeds but really 2 speeds is perfect. We haven’t even used the slow speed.

Got this mainly to grind herbs from the garden. Not disappointed. You have the ability to choose a very fine or coarser product based on amount of time grinding. Can do grinding with pulse or just hold down for a finer grind. Easy to clean unless you grind wet or oily products, they are more difficult to clean up and not recommended. I tried peanuts, ground easily but clean up took longer to complete. Highly recommend.

This grinder does work very well, and although not the loudest grinder I’ve used, it’s not really “quiet” either. However, for what I needed, it does the job just fine and with the included brush, is fairly easy to get it all out after the grind with little mess.

I love this little grinder, we mainly use it for coffee beans and it works great! We keep on the counter next to the coffee pot and it looks nice, not bulky or out of place. I do wish it was a little easier to clean like had a brush or scoop of sorts to clean the top/lid.
