This is my first experience with Community coffee and I saw many good reviews, so here we are….
I like all kinds of coffee; trying a new one is a fun little adventure for me.
The short of it is, this is a nice dark, but not too dark, coffee that is smooth and goes down easy.
If you’re familiar with Peet’s Major Dickasons or Camerons Scandanavian, this seems to me, just a *little* less dark.
Looking at the grounds, you can see this *is* a dark roast.
Glad I ordered.

While Ron loves this coffee, the grind is much too coarse for his use. He would prefer whole bean (not available) or have a choice of fine grind. The coffee’s flavor is wonderful, but the grind does not do it justice since the grounds do not impart as much flavor as they could. He grinds the bag to a finer grind but it is a mess that he should not have to make–says the kitchen cleanup person. At any rate, you have definitely spoiled him for drinking any of that overpriced and unsatisfying coffee that is sold just about everywhere–including the major donut chains.
